Description This is a very pretty antique classic milk white glass hobnail lamp, table style, and 13" top to bottom with vintage lantern look. It's a very pretty lamp--vintage--and working. One of the hobnails is chipped on the side and top--They are not too bad but worth mentioning, please see photos. I showed a close up where the chips are, so hopefully you can see what I mean. When purchased at an estate sale, it was missing the on / off knob so the knob is new. I am not sure what base stand is made of, maybe brass but tarnished? Just a guess Kind of reminds me in my opinion like some kerosene oil lamps circa 1940s and 50s that I have seen on ebay converted to electric, but of course it is without the oil/kerosene holder. You are bidding on a great old metal (brass?) table lamp, minus the glass shade. It stands 14-1/2" tall and the rim for the shade is 10" in diameter. This lamp DOES work however the knob is missing from the on-off switch. It does need cleaning as it has been in storage for many years.
